I have no words for what this man did for myself and my family in the darkest of hours for me personally and professionally. He is a man of the utmost character and integrity and a devoted family man. He is loyal and true and dogged in his pursuit of what is right. Most of all, he is my friend.

I have tried to think of ways to thank Daniel for everything he did for me, but I don’t think I could ever repay him. He took a chance on me after at least 400 lawyers from Anderson to Columbia had told me no. I walked in his office and spoke with him, and he said he would speak with his partners and get back with me. I will be forever thankful to him and will recommend him to everyone I know. Daniel is on top of his game. He cared about us and made himself available when WE needed him. During business hours, after normal business hours and on weekends too. Often on Sunday since the opposing attorney seemed to enjoy stirring the drama pot on Sunday’s. When I was stressed out of my mind, Daniel would show me the bigger picture and was always confident about moving forward. He never pushed us; he always gave us our options then stood firmly next to us ready to do battle.
